January 6, 2017-SavingTeens in Crisis Collaborative (SavingTeens) announced the hiring of its new Executive Director this week. Kelly S. Brown will join the organization January 23rd, 2017. Kelly brings outstanding experience to this role, most recently as Acting Executive Director of Cornelia de Lange Syndrome Foundation (CdLS).
“We are very excited to have Kelly join our organization” stated John Reuben, Founder and President of SavingTeens. “She brings the diversified not for profit management experience, including fundraising, that we need as we continue to grow”, he concluded.
Coincidentally Kelly’s start date allows her to attend the SavingTeens Annual Golf event, providing a great venue to make contact with many SavingTeens partners and supporters. That fundraising event and celebration will be in Tuscon, Arizona January 24th.
Kelly has a BS in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University and worked in a variety of financial roles before joining CdLS in 2008.
